CS10-NC is a water-based degreaser and cleaner for dissolving and removing deeply penetrated oil stains and contaminated surface residue. It is an environmentally-friendly alternative to muriatic acid and other acids, which is a surface pre-treatment degreaser before coating works and substrate enhancement.

WATER-BASED DEEP PENETRATIVE CRYSTALLINE MEMBRANE
CS1-TS is a water-based nano-graded sealer solution, which can form concrete preservative waterproofing membrane using Canadian technologies. The composite concrete membrane is formed to waterproof and protect the concrete from harmful chemicals to extend the life time of concrete. The sealer provides strong resistance against both positive/ back pressure (-ve) for waterproofing. It allows concrete breathing prohibits water droplets ingression.

It protects wood against termites attack and absorption of water or moisture.
